SHIPPING IS FREE WITH EVERY ONLINE ORDER!! (in the continental U.S. only)
- We ship to U.S. and Canada. Canadian customers, please contact us for a shipping quote.
- All orders that do not include cushions will ship from our warehouse in Southern California within 4 business days of receiving payment. For orders including cushions or pillows, please allow approximately 2 weeks for shipment. Every effort is made to keep sufficient backstock, but occasionally back-orders will occur. We will notify you of any shipping delays.
- Patio Furniture Junction ships most items via freight (smaller items will ship via UPS or Fedex) and a signature will be required upon receipt. Please allow between 10 and 14 business days for shipments to arrive after they ship. For an extra charge, rush delivery is available.
- Though all items are hand-packed at our warehouse, it is important to inspect your delivery and record any damage upon receipt (please refer to our return policy below for more details).
- Some items will require light assembly, but most arrive fully assembled.
- When your shipment arrives, please open your delivery and inspect it with care. Any shortages or damage should be noted on the carrier's receipt especially when cartons are crushed, ripped or open. Return Policy
At Patio Furniture Junction, we take pride in the quality and value of our products. We hope that you (or your customers) will receive enjoyment from our products for years to come. Our 60 Day Money Back Guarantee lets you put your teak patio furniture to the test. If you are not satisfied with your product for any reason, you may return it within 60 days and we will replace the item or refund the cost of the item. In addition, we have a 10 Year Warranty. We will repair or replace any defective product for the 10 Year of the original purchaser. Wear and tear, negligence, misuse, and damage caused by the effects of normal severe weather occurrences or unauthorized repairs are not covered by this warranty.
CUSHION RETURN POLICY
No returns on cushions (cushions are custom-made).
To return an item under our Warranty or 60 Day Money Back Guarantee, please do the following:
- Contact us so we know the shipment is coming to our warehouse
- Carefully repackage the merchandise
- Return the package to us via UPS or insured parcel post
- Write your order number on the shipping label

The incredible quality of our patio furniture ensures your expectations will be met, so we confidently offer a 60 Day Money Back Guarantee. You must return the furniture in the original unweathered condition and it must be packed with the original packing material, and placed in the original carton and pallet in order to prevent damage to the furniture in the event of a return. If the original pallet is not available, then the customer must palletize the furniture to the original specifications that the order arrived in, at customer's expense. Please note that small orders do not arrive on pallets and are simply shipped via UPS. Custom Cushions do not fall under the 60 Day Money Back Guarantee and are only exchangeable for repairs or modifications. When ordering your custom cushions, please be sure that you select your desired Sunbrella cushion fabric so that we can ensure they are manufactured to your specifications. Because all cushions are custom manufactured, we cannot give refunds, however we can exchange it or modify it to your satisfaction. We WILL NOT accept returns of teak furniture that has been treated with teak oil or has weathered. Your 60 Day Money Back Guarantee begins the day your furniture ships from our warehouse. The customer MUST contact us before returning any items to ensure that we can be on the lookout for these items. Failure to do so will result in the unauthorized return being refused. Items can not be returned under our 60 Day Money Back Guarantee due to price changes. Any mention of price changes or special offers by the customer prior to any other reason for acting upon our 60 Day Money Back Guarantee will void the 60 Day Money back Guarantee for that customer.
* IMPORTANT: Please note that orders can only be cancelled before they ship. Only orders cancelled within 24 hours of order placement can be cancelled free of charge. Once an order ships and you wish to cancel, you will be refunded the price of your order less all restocking fees and related shipping charges, and cushion production fees that we have already incurred.
Unless an order arrives damaged, refusing an order is also subject to restocking fees and a deduction of round trip shipping charges from your refund.
We cannot cancel an order unless we receive your request in writing to sales@patiofurniturejunction.com prior to shipment. Sorry, there are no exceptions.
