We will replace any defective component at no cost to the original owner for 10 years from the date of the sale. Furniture for commercial use is limited to a 3 year warranty. We do not charge you restocking fees or even worse, make YOU pay for the return shipping! If you don't like our furniture, which will not happen, we will pay and make the arrangements to have it returned, plain and simple. Caluco has served thousands of satisfied clients. This warranty does not cover damage caused by the effects of normal wear and tear, severe weather occurrences, negligence, misuse, or unauthorized repairs. The word "defects", as used in this warranty, is defined as imperfections that impair the utility of the product. The warranty does not apply to normal wear and tear effects of the furniture such as checking and weathering. Although extremely rare, events where furniture has simply become unglued are considered a maintenance issue and are not covered by warranty. These issues can be resolved with a two part epoxy which can be purchased at any hardware department store. Normal wear and tear is defined as "the normal deterioration that is received by regular use of any piece of furniture."
If the furniture component is defective within the terms of the warranty, it will be the decision of Patio Furniture Junction as to which method of resolution is used to repair the defective component. The preferred resolution option is to acquire the services of a local woodworker/carpenter to repair the defect at our expense. This option carries the least risk for additional damage while shipping items back and forth. Patio Furniture Junction will reimburse the customer or pay the repairman directly for the repairs. If the customer chooses to return defective items to Patio Furniture Junction, it will be the customer's responsibility to ensure that the packaging is sufficient to prevent further damage. Patio Furniture Junction must be contacted prior to any shipment of defective pieces and before any third party repair person is contacted.

In the unlikely event that a customer has a defect, we will require photos of the defect so that we can determine the extent of the defect to determine the most efficient solution to resolving the defect. Please send at least TWO photos, 1 close up, and one zoomed out showing the entire chair so we can pinpoint the piece that needs attention. We require that the photos are emailed to sales@patiofurniturejunction.com or be mailed to our office for inspection. Our mailing address is below:

Replacement of the entire piece of furniture is not warranted unless ALL components of that piece of furniture are defective, a very, very highly unlikely scenario, given the impeccable quality of Patio Furniture Junction. We will not be responsible for any refinishing of defective furniture if Teak Oil or Stain or any other finishing product has been applied to the furniture in the event of a defect. 10 Year Warranty valid on furniture purchased after August 1st, 2005 only. In the event of piece replacement, no assembly labor is included. If the customer feels that they can not replace the defective component, the defective component may be returned to our warehouse for replacement at no cost to the customer for replacement labor and parts. It will however be the customer's responsibility to pay for all shipping charges if the customer desires to ship furniture to our warehouse for repair or evaluation. The terms of this warranty may change without notice, but will never be modified in such a way that eliminates customer protection for manufacturer's defects or the length of the warranty.

Umbrella Warranty Policy
FRAMES:
Umbrellas are warrantied for a period of 1 year from the original purchase date.
All AutoTilt Market Umbrellas feature a premium 2-year frame warranty.
Verification of the date of purchase is required for product to qualify under warranty.
What is covered:
1. Warping, splitting or rotting of wood frame poles
2. Rusting, discoloring of metal parts
3. Broken titl mechanisms, broken cords, broken cranks
What is NOT covered:
DAMAGE CAUSED FROM WIND CONDITIONS ARE NOT COVERED UNDER WARRANTY UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES! Damage indicitive of wind include but are not limited to broken ribs and bent aluminum poles.
COVERS:
Covers are warrantied against loss of color or strength from normal exposure conditions for the following duration:
Sunbrella: 3 years (A & B grade)
Suncrylic / Premium Olefin: 1 year (C grade).
